Eton is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, private equity, and development. He co-founded Phatisa Property Fund Managers, raising $41.5M for one of Africa’s first housing-focused funds. He served as director and shareholder at CONTEXT Property Solutions and Koolcon Group, leading large-scale developments and commercial build-outs. Eton also founded the Sasfin Real Estate Fund and began his career in structured finance within South African banks.
